How do I purchase order from www.mytembakaushop.my?
To make purchase :-

1. For express login, please kindly login using your Facebook Login. If you don't have an account created yet, you may register an account by clicking "Create Account" before you proceed your purchae or you may proceed without register. 
2. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
3. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “View Cart” to proceed to check out page.
4. You may edit the qty of item order and click "Update Cart" for new total. Once you confirm with the product and qty of the product click "Check Out" .
5. You'll need to key in your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “continue” button.
6. If you have any special request for the products, please write in "add a remark" column and key in "Discount code" if you have any.
7. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “Continue” button.
8. Next you'll need to choose "AGE CERTIFICATION" . If Below 18 years please kindly exit the page. 
9. Then click “Place Order Now” button.
10. Next you'll need to choose your payment method: Credit / Debit Card or Internet Banking FPX 
11. Complete and wait for email with tracking number. 
12. Enjoy the products. 

How long does delivery usually take?

1. Delivery within Malaysia
Normally it takes about 1 to 2 days after payment made. We will poslaju the products and email the tracking number. 

2. International Deliveries
International Deliveries are shipped using the EMS service by Pos Malaysia.

The service come with tracking nymber and will take between 2 - 4 weeks to reach its destination, depending on geographical location.
